Job summary

NTE | NTE35W TEXpress Lanes is seeking a Field Systems Analyst to support the monitoring and operations of the ITS Tolling system. Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs related to inventory management and proposing automated dashboard reports.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a business-related or Data Analytics field and have 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, with strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. This role requires excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or a Data Analytics related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience in SQL, DBA, Power BI, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management.
• Propose automated dashboard reports for inventory operations.
• Investigate system issues and prepare briefings on management impacts.
