Job summary

NFI Industries seeks a Transportation Data Analyst – I who can analyze data, build visuals in PowerBI, and train field teams to use reporting tools effectively.

You will identify KPIs, develop SOPs, and partner with other analysts to create new visuals that help operations run more efficiently across the country.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 0–3 years’ experience in supply chain, strong Office skills, and proficiency in PowerBI/Tableau. Salary range: $59,722.26–$79,629.68.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong Excel/Office skills (Microsoft preferred).
• Proficient in PowerBI, Tableau, or Minitab.
• 0–3 years of experience in a supply chain field.
• Ability to apply statistics (descriptive, forecasting, regression).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Generate visuals in PowerBI reports for field operators.
• Train and develop operations teams on reporting structures, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with data analysts to create visuals for operations across the company.
• Generate and analyze data reports from internal and external sources.
• Maintain reports, trackers, and documents for new reports.
• Create SOP documents for the current reporting structure.
• Strengthen industry knowledge and applicable tools.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and field teams nationwide.
• Maintain an organized approach with attention to detail.
• Take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
