Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. seeks a Party Chief- Field Surveys in Virginia Beach to lead field crews in vertical and horizontal control, topographic, as-built, and boundary surveys for transportation and civil/site projects.

The ideal candidate will manage field data collection, ensure accuracy, supervise crew operations, and coordinate with surveyors and engineers. Valid driver’s license required; 3+ years of surveying experience preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of surveying experience required.
• Experience with Total Stations and data collectors (Trimble preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field surveys for vertical/horizontal control, topographic, as-built, and boundary surveys.
• Supervise field crew, coordinate with surveyors and engineers.
• Prepare field notes and upload data to project folders.
• Utilize GPS, Total Stations, levels, data collectors, and CAD software for surveying tasks.
