TriMedia Environmental & Engineering Services is seeking full-time, entry- to mid-level Survey/Utility Services Field Technicians to join our Marquette, Michigan team. The role blends utility locating, surveying, GPS/GNSS data collection, and as-built documentation on diverse projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of related field experience.
• Experience with utility locating equipment and surveying tools preferred.
• Proficiency with GIS software and data-collection tools.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform utility locating and field investigation using locating equipment and records.
• Use survey-grade GPS/GNSS and data collectors to document utilities.
• Conduct topographic, construction, as-built, boundary, and other surveys.
• Perform construction staking and layout for project features.
• Collect and document field data for pipelines, utilities, and structures.
• Maintain accurate field notes and electronic records.
• Travel to local, regional, and nationwide project sites as required.
