Ferguson Construction is seeking a Survey Technician to work outdoors on diverse projects across Ohio and Indiana. You\'ll participate in boundary, topographic, and stakeout surveys, collect field data, and support deeds and easements research, collaborating with design and construction teams.

Ideal candidates have a surveying education and are detail-oriented with strong math and problem-solving skills. A valid driver\\'s license and ability to perform physical field activities are required.

Qualifications

• Education in surveying or civil engineering; relevant certification/degree required.
• Field surveying experience is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with GPS receivers and robotic total stations is helpful and trainable.
• Strong math, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with pride in accurate work.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical field activities.

Responsabilités

• Assist with boundary, topographic, utility, design, and construction stakeout surveys.
• Collect and verify field data to keep projects accurate and on track.
• Support surveying research including deeds, easements, and courthouse records.
• Partner closely with design and construction teams.
• Perform quality checks to ensure surveying accuracy.
• Maintain survey equipment and uphold Ferguson\'s standards of quality and professionalism.
