Job summary

You will work under a licensed surveyor and help collect data, prepare drawings, and assist with construction staking.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in land surveying or CAD, proficiency with AutoCAD and Carlson software, and the ability to work outdoors, travel occasionally, and lift

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of land surveying and CAD experience.
• Familiarity with surveying standards and codes.
• Proficient in field instruments: robotic total stations, GPS, data collectors, laser scanners.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects safely within required accuracy and timeframe.
• Coordinate with survey and design teams to meet deliverable expectations.
• Coordinate findings with engineering teams and clients throughout projects.
• Assist in developing action plans for assigned projects.
• Operate field equipment to collect data and perform measurements.
• Record survey results including location, elevation, and dimensions.
