DDG, a design firm, is seeking a Survey CAD Technician in Lafayette, LA. You will draft plats, manage field data, and produce maps and reports under supervision of a Licensed Surveyor. Strong CAD skills, data quality focus, and ability to work across field and office teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a survey or drafting and design related field.
• General proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up jobs for drafting and reviewing plats upon completion.
• Coordinate field work and provide crews with project information.
• Import field data and maintain data in files.
• Ensure data quality control for all entries in the system.
• Input deeds and plats into CAD software for analysis.
• Research and map source documents and related permits.
• Collaborate with processing team to ensure scope alignment.
