Job summary

Verdantas in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking Survey Technicians to support field survey operations, collect accurate data, and ensure project success. You will work outdoors, measure and record data, and collaborate with the Crew Chief and team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving are essential. An associate degree or surveying certification is required, as is a valid driver's license; a drone license is preferred. 0–2 years' experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in surveying, geomatics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of field surveying experience.
• Valid driver’s license; drone license preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys using surveying instruments to collect data.
• Measure distances, angles, and elevations accurately.
• Operate and maintain equipment and perform calibrations.
• Prepare survey drawings and reports with Crew Chief.
