We are hiring for a Field Survey Technician to join our team on a full‑time, direct basis at our office in Milton, DE. This person will work on a variety of projects with an emphasis on Land Development. Primary Responsibilities: Adjust & operate surveying instruments (e.g.: prisms, total stations, GPS/electronic distance‑measuring equipment, auto‑levels, etc.). Record survey measurements & descriptive data using notes, drawings, sketches, and data collection files. Use rods for bench loops and cross‑section elevations. Position targets that operators use for sighting in order to measure angles, distances, and elevations. Search, stake, and recover sectional & property corners together with other survey monumentation. Perform manual labor, such as cutting brush to clear lines, carrying materials (i.e.: stakes, rebar, and other items), and staking survey monumentation. - Permanent - Full‑time
