You will help collect precise field data that supports transportation, infrastructure, land development, and construction projects, gaining valuable surveying experience and developing technical skills with advanced equipment. Primary duties include traveling to project sites, operating GPS receivers, total stations, and data collectors, and assisting with field

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degrees preferred.
  • No prior experience required; internships or coursework welcome.
  • Strong math skills and willingness to learn surveying.
  • Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to project sites to support field data collection and learn survey methods.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain field equipment including GPS receivers, total stations, and data collectors.
  • Assist Crew Chief in field calculations and data preparation.
  • Support boundary, topographic, and construction surveys as part of a field team.
