R. Joe Harris & Associates, Inc. is seeking a dependable Survey Instrument Operator to join our surveying team in Fort Mill, SC.

You will support field operations, work closely with crew chiefs and office staff, and help deliver accurate, high-quality results. Candidates should be comfortable outdoors, know GPS receivers and total stations, and be able to handle Trimble and Carlson data collectors. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within a collaborative, safety-focused

Qualifikationen

Basic land surveying principles.
Familiarity with GPS receivers, total stations, and robotic total stations.
Experience with Trimble and Carlson data collectors preferred.

Aufgaben

Assist with field surveys including topographic, boundary, location/design, and construction staking.
Operate surveying instruments including total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors (Trimble, Carlson).
Collect accurate field data and document for project deliverables.
Support crew chief with project setup, data transfer, and equipment management.
