Paycom - ATS is seeking a Survey Crew Chief to direct field surveying activities for roadway, bridge, and flood control projects. You will lead 2–4 person crews, set up and operate surveying instruments, and ensure accuracy and safety across multiple project phases.

The role requires 3+ years of survey experience, relevant badges/certifications, and strong communication skills to coordinate with project managers and field teams. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of survey experience as Rodman or Instrument Person.
• Must obtain badges and certifications to enter sites (e.g., MOT, School badges, Duke Energy, CSX, DOD).
• Strong computer and technical skills; ability to work in all weather.

• Lead field surveying teams and mentor crew members.
• Set up, adjust, and operate surveying instruments (total station, data collector, GPS).
• Prepare field notes and drawings; maintain survey equipment and safety procedures.
• Drive stakes, establish control points, and document boundaries for projects.
