Qualifications

• 3+ years of surveying experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of surveying methods, GPS, and total station equipment.
• Proficient reading of legal descriptions, survey maps, and construction drawings.
• A.A. or B.S. in surveying, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Active licensure as PLS/LSIT encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey field crews for land development, construction, and infrastructure projects
• Perform accurate field measurements, data collection, and survey computations
• Review plans and specifications to plan efficient, compliant field operations
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and project schedule adherence
• Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability
• Assist with cost estimates, scheduling, and overall project coordination
• Support preparation of survey drawings and project documentation
