Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience as a Crew Chief in boundary survey work.
• Ability to perform boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction survey projects.
• Oversee I-Men and Rod men
• Perform field measurements of existing property monuments, fence lines and structures to assist in determining boundary positions.
• Must be able to follow budgets and timelines.
• Must be computer proficient.

Responsibilities

• Lead field survey operations on-site and manage crew schedules including I-men and rod men.
• Perform boundary, ALTA, topographic, and construction surveys as required by projects.
• Collect data for existing conditions and monumentation to accurately determine boundary lines.
• Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and ensure safety and quality standards on-site.
