TechniPower, Inc. is seeking a Field Survey Crew Chief in the Cincinnati, OH area for a direct-hire, on-site role. The position requires overseeing field crews and performing boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys to establish accurate boundary lines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Crew Chief in boundary survey work and can manage field measurements, schedules, and coordination with I-Men and Rod Men on site.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Crew Chief in boundary survey work.
• Ability to perform boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction survey projects.
• Oversee I-Men and Rod men.
• Perform field measurements of existing property monumentation, fence lines and structures.

I have client located in the Cincinnati, OH area that has an opportunity for a Field Survey Crew Chief. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in discussing this role.

In this role you will be a Field Survey Crew Chief for a client in the construction industry. You will be responsible for performing all necessary field operations in or to collect data of existing conditions, overseeing work schedules of I-men, rod men, and co-ops.

This is a direct hire role that must per performed on-site.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Crew Chief in boundary survey work
• Ability to perform boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction survey projects
• Oversee I-Men and Rod men
• Perform necessary field measurements of existing property monumentation, fence lines and structures to assist in determining the correct position of boundary lines.
• Ability to follow budgets and time lines
