Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing or painting.
• Ability to understand and apply color matching in repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit 4+ job sites daily and repair damage with quality customer service.
• Apply creativity across diverse settings (apartments, hotels, commercial sites).
• Keep progress notes in the CRM/Dispatch tool and coordinate with support.
• Follow our 5-step repair process and master the toolkit.
