Field Support Technicians work in close partnership with the centralized Service Desk, End User Computing, and IT Operations teams to keep clinicians and staff productive. The Field Support Technician I is a foundational field role focused on basic onsite troubleshooting, hardware setup, and learning core IT processes. This role is typically present in larger practices reporting to a Field Manager. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, reliability, and a strong customer service orientation to every interaction with clinicians and staff. This is a full-time onsite role in Forth Worth, TX, supporting various clinic locations.
