Job summary

OneOncology, LLC is seeking a Field Support Technician I for our on-site IT team in Fort Worth, TX. You will provide hands-on hardware setup, imaging, and basic troubleshooting to keep clinicians and staff productive at multiple practice locations.

The role emphasizes customer service, learning core IT processes, and collaboration with Service Desk, End User Computing, and IT Operations to support patient care.

• Resolve low-complexity tickets with guidance from senior field technicians.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation in ServiceNow.
• Shadow senior technicians to learn field workflows and practice-specific systems.
• Support asset receiving, tagging, and stockroom organization.
• Assist with hardware onboarding and offboarding for practice users.
• Travel to other practice sites as needed.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned to support the mission.

Job Description:

OneOncology's Field Operations team delivers onsite technology support to our practices, serving as the hands-and-eyes of the IT organization at the point of patient care. Field Support Technicians work in close partnership with the centralized Service Desk, End User Computing, and IT Operations teams to keep clinicians and staff productive.

The Field Support Technician I is a foundational field role focused on basic onsite troubleshooting, hardware setup, and learning core IT processes. This role is typically present in larger practices reporting to a Field Manager. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, reliability, and a strong customer service orientation to every interaction with clinicians and staff.

This is a full-time onsite role in Forth Worth, TX, supporting various clinic locations.

Essential Competencies:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of recent technical support or related experience.
• Basic IT knowledge (coursework, bootcamp, or self-study).
• Healthcare related experience a plus.
• A+ or similar entry-level certification preferred.
• Attendance is an essential job function.
