Montana Conservation Corps (MCC) seeks a Field Support Technician to support Youth Crew Leaders and crews across Montana. The role provides field visitation and logistics support under the Youth Program Manager, with emphasis on ensuring MCC policies are followed and strong partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• The Field Support Technician responsibilities include supporting the training of Youth Crew Leaders and providing field visitation and logistical support to help ensure the successful completion of MCC projects and programming. The FST, under the supervision of the Youth Program Manager, works with all regional staff and must maintain communication between the office and the field.
