Professional Aquatic Services Inc. is hiring for a Field Support Specialist (Entry-Level) based in Central Florida. This full-time role offers paid hands-on training, a defined career ladder, and a competitive hourly rate of $20.00–$24.00 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Repair Technicians on residential pool equipment jobs.
• Haul equipment, prep jobsites, and stage materials.
• Manage warehouse organization and job logistics.
• Learn pump, motor, valve and plumbing basics through hands-on exposure.
• Learn pool chemistry and equipment fundamentals from the ground up.
• Progress to independent repair work as you advance through the tier system.

Job description: Field Support Specialist (Entry-Level, No Pool Experience Necessary) Location: Based in Central Florida Schedule: Full-Time, 5-Day Week Type: Full-Time Compensation: $20.00–$24.00/hr, based on experience

NO POOL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY — WE WILL TRAIN YOU. Mechanical experience recommended. This is a structured, hands-on training position for someone who wants to build a real career in the pool repair trade. You must be willing and able to travel with senior technicians during the training period.
