American Greetings Corporation is seeking a Support Merchandiser to independently service multiple retail locations in the Pampa, TX area. You will manage product displays, organize orders, and maintain backroom inventory with a tablet-guided workflow.

This role offers a starting pay of $12.20 per hour with scheduled increases over the first year, flexible scheduling, paid training, and 401(k) with company match. Expect average weekly hours of roughly 3, with potential increases around holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail environments preferred.
• Able to manage time and organize inventory across locations.
• Reliable communication with store management and teams.

Responsabilités

• Service stores on your route, merchandize and organize product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and maintain backrooms.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail setting with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates during daytime hours.
• Available for more days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work or product moves.
• Review weekly service plans using a company tablet.
