Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Part-Time Support Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in the Lubbock area. You will display greeting cards, gift wrap, and related products, while maintaining organized backrooms and coordinating schedules with store management.

The role requires being 18 or older, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Training is provided; a company tablet is used for daily tasks."

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company provided tablet.
• Meet scheduling needs, including weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about service or scheduling questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, including minor fixture work or product assembly.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
