Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Manager in Abilene, TX to oversee field support groups, manage warehouse/yard operations, and ensure efficient material handling for projects nationwide.

You will lead safety adherence, streamline communications, and coordinate with procurement and logistics. The role requires strong warehouse experience, 5+ years in construction support operations, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction support operations or field logistics.
• Strong understanding of material handling in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent oral and written communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work environment by following Rosendin safety regulations.
• Provide oversight and coordination to field support groups and warehouse/yard operations.
• Ensure proper chain of custody for materials entering warehouse.
• Manage material transfer from storage to production team and optimize warehouse processes.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control; oversee inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to replace damaged materials; ensure vehicle safety and maintenance.
• Support fleet services and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Communicate effectively between field support units and field teams.
