Metso seeks a Field Support Engineer – Screening to join our Screening Technical Support team. You will provide advanced on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and equipment optimization for customers and dealers, with up to 60% travel across the United States.

You will report to the Business Director, Aggregates Screening Aftermarket, and collaborate with Engineering, Product Support, Supply Chain, and Sales to resolve field issues and improve product performance.

Qualificações

• Strong technical knowledge of screening equipment and feeders.
• Hands-on experience in aggregates/mining applications.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Highly organized with strong reporting discipline.
• Willingness to travel 50–60%.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced field technical support for screening equipment and feeders.
• Troubleshoot equipment performance and support application-related inquiries from dealers and customers.
• Conduct machine inspections and document findings through structured technical reports.
• Support spare parts identification, recommendations, and coordination with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Support, Supply Chain, and Sales to resolve field issues.
• Participate in new machine development, testing, and validation at customer sites.
• Utilize SAP and Salesforce for reporting, tracking field activities, and customer support.
• Deliver professional, customer-facing support while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
