Job summary

Sandvik Rock Processing North America seeks a Technical Product Professional, Screening Solutions, to serve as the technical authority for Sandvik screening equipment across North America. You will collaborate with sales, service and product teams to drive capital equipment sales, aftermarket growth, and customer process optimization.

The role requires strong operational background, customer-facing communication, and 50% travel to support customers and sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in mineral processing, aggregates processing, screening operations, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Proven process plant experience with screening, feeding, or mineral/aggregate processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems and accurate record-keeping.
• Travel up to ~50% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Act as voice of the customer for Screening Solutions and identify opportunities to improve products.
• Collaborate with sales and customers to support equipment, aftermarket, and service growth.
• Deliver training and technical support for Sandvik screens, feeders, and equipment across North America.
• Identify and explore new growth opportunities within the Screening Solutions segment.
• Maintain accurate installed base information in CRM and internal databases.
• Develop and deliver technical training to strengthen the sales team's product knowledge.
