Job summary

SSOE is seeking an Engineering Field Support Specialist in Chandler, AZ. You will conduct detailed field assessments of MEP systems, validate design intent in the field, govern RFI responses, and support change control to mitigate risks.

You will collaborate with design teams, project management, contractors, and clients to ensure quality and efficiency across complex semiconductor infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting field walks and site assessments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with construction or infrastructure industries is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough field walks to assess project sites and shadow trades.
• Perform audits of project plans and implementations for compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports with observations and recommendations.
• Provide hands-on support and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on findings.
