Location/Region: This position is located in the Michigan area and will cover the Central Mid-West territory.
What's the role?
As a Field Support Engineer II, you will work with an outstanding team to maintain and repair Surgical Microscopes.
The Field Support Engineer II, with limited supervision, installs, repairs, upgrades, and performs preventive maintenance on specified Carl Zeiss Meditec instrumentation within a designated field service territory. Represents Carl Zeiss Meditec at customer locations and strives to achieve high customer satisfaction. Responsible for all company-issued property (inventory, tools, diagnostic equipment, vehicle, etc.) in accordance with company policies. Maintains professional communication with team members, customers, management, Sales, and Technical Support.

Additional requirements include extensive travel, a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and standing or walking for 30% of the workday.

The offered pay may vary based on location, qualifications, and experience. The role is also eligible for performance bonuses or commissions, with comprehensive benefits including medical, retirement, and paid time off.
