Job summary

Sheraton Caregivers LLC is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Driver/Caregiver Support for a part-time, field-based role in Fairfield County, CT. You will transport caregivers to client assignments, support field operations, and coordinate transportation needs.

The position offers two split shifts (Thu–Sun) and a pay rate of $20.00–$25.00 per hour, with 28 hours guaranteed per week and weekly pay. Overtime opportunities are available per law.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport caregivers to/from client locations.
• Coordinate transportation with Scheduling and Operations.
• Ensure timely arrival at assigned client locations.
• Communicate route changes, delays, and safety concerns to the team.
• Maintain and inspect company vehicles and keep them clean and organized.
• Support transportation-related operational needs and supplies distribution.
