Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Coordinator I to oversee branch shop operations and support field personnel with tooling and materials. The role may involve transporting items to jobsites and coordinating deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have basic electrical knowledge, proficient PC and MS Office skills, and a willingness to learn DOT-related qualifications. Work hours are 6 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain tool inventory and processing tool/material returns.
  • Coordinate tool repair and replacement with jobsites.
  • Schedule tool and material deliveries and pickups.
  • Ensure proper forklift operation and safety procedures.
  • Assist with loading/unloading trucks and warehouse housekeeping.

In certain branches, this position also ensures proper manpower allocation branch-wide and/or may transport materials to jobsites and/or other locations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, and basic electrical knowledge is preferred.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: 6 months to 1 year of experienceTravel: NoneWork Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBe able to communicate effectively and appropriately with customers.Maintains tool inventory and processes tool and material returns.Works with jobs to coordinate tool repair and replacement of tools.Be the contact for issues/ concerns on jobsite deliveries.Make appropriate decisions on shipping/ scheduling of tools/ assemblies to jobsite.Schedules tool and material deliveries and pick-ups with the Specialists.Teammate must gain and maintain forklift certification.If promoted from Field Support Specialist you must maintain DOT qualifications.Drive company vehicles as qualified and required.Shelf/pick, log, clean, maintain tools as necessary.Assist with loading and unloading trucks.Mobile staircase, ladder usage, and pallet jack usage is required.Maintain cleanliness and 5s principles within the F/S warehouse.Coordinates building and grounds repairs and service calls.Assist with ordering of supplies and PPE.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.The job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
