The Baltimore Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a passionate Field Support Administrator to provide administrative support for warehouse operations, including processing dealer returns and claims. Reporting to the 1st shift Production Manager, you will ensure timely, accurate customer service support to dealers.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, experience in a fast-paced office environment, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience working with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule.

Responsabilités

• Process claims daily and respond to dealer inquiries.
• Process dealer returns and related documentation.
• Complete SOX requirements for returns and respond to audits.
• Serve as liaison with the floor returns team.
• Maintain and update the returns calendar.
• Audit returns in APS.
• Respond to Dealer Response forms.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual administrative reports.
• Provide back-up support for other admin tasks.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts.
• Handle supply ordering and Kanban management.
• Process mail and shipments.
