ION Solar in Orem, Utah is seeking a Field Compliance specialist to support the Compliance Manager. You will audit work queues, review quality of work, and help identify bottlenecks to improve workflow.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma with 2 years experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office using complex systems.

Qualifications

• Solar experience preferred.

Job Details: Job Location: UT Corp - Orem, UT 84057, Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly, ION Solar is a rapidly expanding, full-service residential solar company with a strong nationwide presence. Field Compliance

Field Compliance contributes to Ion Solar by working directly with the Compliance Manager to help reach departmental goals by performing audits on the work queues for excessive timelines and bottlenecks.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Audit Work queues
• Review quality of work being performed by other specialists
• Report to the manager on any discrepancies or issues within the workflow
• Tackle Escalated or complex issues with projects
• Fill in where extra attention is needed
• Clear articulation of language and writing

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. May encounter interruptions throughout the work day.
