Job summary

NOVAE is seeking experienced Field Supply Chain Engineers / Supplier Performance Managers to support actuation activities in the United States, with a strong focus on supplier follow-up in New Jersey. The role requires hands-on field work, APICS CPIM certification, and the ability to drive performance improvements in a supplier environment.

You will monitor supplier performance, conduct root cause analyses, coordinate corrective actions, and report transparently to project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• APICS CPIM certification is required.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, supplier performance or industrial operations.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop recovery plans.
• Hands-on, analytical, autonomous, structured and results-driven with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve supply chain and procurement performance with suppliers.
• Follow up on supply issues, priorities, commitments and recovery actions.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks impacting supplier performance and deliveries.
• Perform root cause analysis of operational issues.
• Define and coordinate corrective and recovery actions.
• Support resolution of procurement, supply chain, delivery and industrial issues.
• Act as interface between suppliers and operational stakeholders.
• Provide clear reporting and escalation on critical issues.
• Work autonomously in the field to secure supplier performance.
