Job summary

NOVAE is seeking experienced Field Supply Chain Engineers / Supplier Performance Managers to support actuation activities in the United States, with a strong focus on supplier follow-up in New Jersey. The role requires hands-on field work, APICS CPIM certification, and the ability to drive performance improvements in a supplier environment.

You will monitor supplier performance, conduct root cause analyses, coordinate corrective actions, and report transparently to project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• APICS CPIM certification is required.

Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional who can step into a supplier environment, identify what is really causing a problem, and drive the right actions to restore performance?

NOVAE is looking for 1–2 experienced Field Supply Chain Engineers / Supplier Performance Managers to support Actuation activities in the United States, with a strong focus on supplier follow-up in New Jersey.

YOUR MISSION

• Work directly with suppliers to monitor and improve Supply Chain and procurement performance.
• Follow up on supply issues, priorities, commitments and recovery actions.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks impacting supplier performance and deliveries.
• Independently analyze operational issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Define, coordinate and follow up on corrective and recovery actions.
• Support the resolution of procurement, supply chain, delivery and industrial issues.
• Act as a key interface between suppliers and operational/project stakeholders.
• Provide clear reporting, escalation and visibility on critical issues.
• Work autonomously in the field to help secure supplier performance and continuity of supply.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain / Procurement professional with strong field capabilities and the ability to operate autonomously within a supplier environment.

You bring solid experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Performance, Supplier Management or industrial operations.

APICS CPIM certification is required.

You must be comfortable conducting root cause analysis, understanding the source of a supply chain problem and turning your findings into concrete, actionable recovery plans.

You are hands-on, analytical, autonomous, structured and results-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with suppliers and operational teams.

U.S. WORK AUTHORIZATION – MANDATORY

Applicants must already hold a valid U.S. Green Card and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

This position requires existing U.S. work authorization.
