Job summary

GAC Enterprises LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to serve as our on-site representative, overseeing daily field operations from mobilization through completion while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. You will supervise crews and subcontractors, review drawings, maintain records, and collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule.

1–3 years’ telecom/construction experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license are required; OSHA cert is a plus;

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in telecom/construction preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required; OSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.
• Experience with field tracking systems (Fieldwire) recommended.
• Ability to learn construction processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telecom and OSP construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Direct daily field crews and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and verify scope/feasibility.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain project records.
• Mentor and lead field employees.
