Job summary

GAC Enterprises LLC, a United States–based construction company supporting telecom, utility and infrastructure projects, is seeking a Project Manager I to lead project execution and own the full lifecycle. You will coordinate with field operations, manage customer communications, review scope and schedules, and maintain project tracking for visibility and quality.

Travel up to 50% and on‑call rotations are required; 3–5 years in telecom or construction is expected, with a path into more senior

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of telecom or construction experience.
• Experience in construction management or field leadership required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read telecom construction prints and use Google Earth.

Responsibilities

• Review projects to understand scope, timelines, and requirements.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers and field teams to execute plans.
• Maintain project tracking systems for reporting and visibility.
• Support scheduling, inspections, and workflow.
• Manage customer communication and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues.
• Assist with bid preparation and project financials.
