Job summary

A Place at Home North Texas is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee quality assurance of client visits, supervise caregivers, and perform client assessments. This role reports to the President/CEO and helps ensure the highest standard of home care delivery.

Responsibilities include conducting weekly QA visits, maintaining service plans, assisting with caregiver evaluations, and contributing to marketing and client intake efforts as needed. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in homecare and/or facility work, including direct care.
• Experience with ADLs and personal care, including bathing and incontinence care.
• Knowledge of transfer techniques and assistive devices (Hoyer lift).
• Experience as a lead caregiver or supervising caregivers is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication with staff, clients and professionals.
• Proficiency with Word and Outlook and ability to learn new software quickly.

Position Overview

The Field Supervisor is a pivotal member of our team, reporting directly to the President/CEO. This role oversees the quality assurance of client visits, provides supervision and evaluation for caregivers, conducts client assessments, and contributes to our marketing efforts. The Field Supervisor ensures optimal delivery of our care services and helps nurture a productive, compassionate care team.

Skills/Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with an ability to quickly learn new software programs and databases.
• Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed to meet agency needs, including occasional nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and staff information.
