Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional communication required.
• Experience leading, managing and supervising a team preferred.
• Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification preferred but not required; must obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan job inspections routes.
• Stock vehicles with proper signs, equipment, and supplies.
• Travel to job sites and inspect site for safety and quality violations.
• Complete and submit all proper paperwork associated with field inspections.
• Be proficient in all Crew Lead activities.
• Check job sites and document observations.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at each site.
• Ensure equipment availability and worker understanding of site requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation with workers schedules.
• Coordinate client needs.
