Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused Field Supervisor to lead a team of Field Service Technicians and Driver/Operators in Crescent, IA. This full-time role prioritizes safety, on-time task execution, and adherence to customer and OSHA policies.

You will allocate daily workload, ensure accurate billing inputs, and maintain equipment. The job requires travel, on-call hours, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work varied hours, on-call, and travel as required.
• Able to pass pre-employment physical and screenings.
• Respirator use may be required based on client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Field Service Technicians and Driver/Operators; direct tasks.
• Distribute daily workload equitably.
• Ensure compliance with company, customer, and federal policies.
• Coach and train staff for safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Complete weekly electronic Work Audit Observations and provide timely feedback.
• Capture materials and labor data for accurate invoicing.
• Prepare on-site paperwork clearly for company and client.
• Interact professionally with customers and vendors to exceed expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
