You will lead by example, conduct training, and ensure accurate reporting, billing, and customer satisfaction. The position requires on-call versatility and the ability to travel as needed, with benefits starting day

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work varied hours, on-call, and travel as needed.
• Maintain equipment and company property in proper condition.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• May be required to wear respirators per customer safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the first priority and supervise field technicians and drivers.
• Distribute daily workload equitably.
• Ensure tasks comply with policies and customer and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and train employees for safe, productive, and cost-effective work.
• Complete weekly electronic work audits and provide feedback.
• Capture and submit job tickets and costs for billing.
• Complete on-site paperwork for company and customer.
• Interact professionally with customers and vendors to exceed expectations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
