Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor for site-based leadership on active projects in Kingman, AZ. You will coordinate day-to-day field activities, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and support the Superintendent and project teams.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required; post-secondary certification or trade training is an asset.
3+ years of construction experience in a foreman/lead role.
Experience in underground construction, telecommunications, utilities, or related environments is preferred.
Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with crews and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring safety and alignment with project plans and Ledcor safety requirements.
Promote safety culture through hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and incident support.
Monitor field progress, production, locates, and quality to keep projects on track.
Supervise subcontractor performance, including safety compliance and schedule adherence.
Build and maintain relationships with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
Coordinate access, resolve field-level issues, and communicate with the Superintendent and project team.
