Job summary

Qualified candidates have at least five years of related experience, strong leadership, and the ability to plan two‑week sequences with project teams while maintaining daily time and production records.

Qualifications

• The role requires reading blueprints and plans to determine dimensions.
• Proven ability to supervise crews and coordinate tasks safely.
• Strong written and oral communication for daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Reviews documents and plans before activities.
• Directs and trains crew per contract drawings and specs.
• Acts as OSHA competent person on site.
• Plans sequences with superintendent and project engineer.
• Inspects subcontractor work for conformance.
• Maintains time and production records and safety meetings.
