Job summary

Axis Ruth, MS facility is seeking a Rig Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor to manage a workover rig crew and coordinate with customer sites. You will oversee daily rig production, ensure proper timekeeping, and maintain safety and quality programs while supporting operations and recruitment efforts.

The role requires at least 2 years as Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor and 5 years as a Rig Operator, with a valid CDL and strong communication skills. Travel and rotating schedules are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Minimum two (2) years of Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor workover rig experience.
• Minimum five (5) years proven experience as a Rig Operator.
• Must have valid state-issued CDL; CDL A or B a plus; acceptable MVR.
• Must be able to work varied rotational schedules and travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workover rig crew and coordinate with management and subcontractors.
• Communicate status with operations, sales, and customers; manage scheduling.
• Ensure crew clock-in/out and proper timekeeping; approve job tickets.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs to Ops/Equipment.
• Ensure safety and SOP compliance; resolve customer disputes with operations.
• Assist recruitment of crew hands and pursue new business opportunities.
