Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Rig Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor responsible for managing a workover rig crew, coordinating with management and subcontractors at the customer location, and ensuring daily rig production aligns with company policies and customer needs.

The role requires strong leadership, safety adherence, and the ability to communicate effectively with field staff and customers while supporting recruitment and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor workover rig experience.
• 5+ years experience as Rig Operator.
• Valid state-issued Class C driver's license; CDL A/B a plus.
• Ability to travel on a varied rotational schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills and problem solving and organizational skills.
• Work may be performed in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with Field Service Coordinators and Director of Operations on customer status and crew performance.
• Receive and implement job orders from operations management.
• Communicate job and scheduling status with district Sales Representative.
• Communicate schedule and status to the customer.
• Review crew time and job tickets and process documents to Operations Management.
• Ensure Rig Operator and crew information to perform the job to customer's specifications.
• Monitor and evaluate Rig Operator and crew performance.
• Support quality and performance programs.
