Job summary

The Wetlandsbank Company is seeking a Field Supervisor/Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee mitigation banking projects from implementation through long-term stewardship. This hands-on role requires outdoor work, supervising field crews and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, coordinating resources, and maintaining safety and quality standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in field-based environmental restoration or similar.
• Experience supervising crews and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of wetland, stream, and habitat restoration practices.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and site plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation bank construction, restoration, and maintenance projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and personnel to meet objectives.
• Monitor progress and report to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with permits and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors and provide training.
• Maintain safety and quality control standards.
• Document activities with reports, photos, and GPS data.
