Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Preferred Associate Degree.
• Locator Certification, OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, or damage investigation experience preferred.
• DOT drug test and Drug-Free Workplace participation required.
• 2+ years leading a team of 15+ individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ride-alongs with field technicians.
• Audit locates, handle high-risk assignments, investigate damages.
• Enforce safety standards (APWA/OSHA) and conduct toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with dispatch, contractors, and utility owners; act as main liaison.
• Review work orders and track productivity and compliance metrics.
