Job summary

LOT Commercial Property Services is hiring a Full-Time Day Porter in San Diego. The role focuses on keeping retail and commercial properties clean, safe, and presentable throughout the day, with duties like trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and restroom upkeep.

You’ll work Sunday to Wednesday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with weekly pay and benefits. A reliable, punctual person who communicates well in English or Spanish will fit right in.

Qualifications

• Basic communication in English or Spanish (written and verbal).
• Familiar with using a mobile device for timekeeping and document review.
• Experience in janitorial or porter roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas.
• Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills.
• Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti.
• Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor.
• Always use required safety equipment.

Requirements

Physical Requirements
