Prince is seeking an experienced professional for a construction role in Sarasota, Florida. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in Heavy Civil Highway construction and familiarity with FDOT contracts. Responsibilities include supporting the Project Superintendent, monitoring site safety, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work outdoors in varying conditions. An OSHA10 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Heavy Civil Highway construction.
• Familiarity with FDOT contracts, specifications, and reporting requirements.
• OSHA10 certification preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have an excellent driving record.

Responsabilités

• Support the Project Superintendent in managing day-to-day field activities.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling subcontractors, foremen, and crews.
• Monitor site safety and assist in enforcing safety standards and procedures.
• Help ensure compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Track project progress and assist with reporting on productivity, schedule, and budget adherence.
