Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing dirt crews on highway projects.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and plans for field construction.
• Proven ability to lead crews safely and coordinate field activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage field crew in day to day production of projects
• Exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety
• Order tools and equipment
• Interpret blueprints/plans and construct accordingly
