Job summary

Assist Services, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee the flagging division based in Eighty Four, PA. You will manage day-to-day field responsibilities, coordinate with customers, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of supervisory experience and 2+ years in flagging or traffic control, with a valid driver's license and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. A company vehicle and equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in a Traffic Control or Flagging position.
• Knowledge of oil & gas industry and/or transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule employees to meet customer demand and location requests.
• Complete employee evaluations and attend meetings.
• Provide feedback to management and coach the team.
• Coordinate with customers to fulfill workloads and requests.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager for incidents.
• Handle field communications promptly in a fast-paced environment.
