Assist Services, LLC is seeking a Night Shift Field Supervisor for the Traffic Control Division to oversee field operations across Southwestern PA, parts of WV, and OH. You will manage daily duties, coordinate crews, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting a safety-focused culture.

The role requires 2+ years in traffic control or flagging, a high school diploma, and driving with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent organizational skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Pass a background check, drug screen, and fit-for-duty physical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and respond to field personnel needs.
• Coordinate daily job duties against work schedules and crews.
• Provide feedback to management and coach team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and local regulations and company policies.
• Attend information gathering for Safety Supervisor regarding field incidents.
